How Does the Hosted Buyer Program Work?

  1. The Buyer applications will be shortlisted by the Hosted Buyer Committee
  2. As a fully hosted buyer you are required to do 30 meetings & attend 3 Business conference sessions or destination briefing workshops of your choice
  3. You will be given a log in ID & Password by December 2018 post which your will be able to send and receive the meeting requests to and from the exhibitors
  4. You will be given economy class air ticket & one night complementary hotel accommodation by organizer.

Registration Fees?

  1. A refundable registration fees of Rs. 15,000/- needs to be paid to the organizer in form of Bank Transfer /DD
  2. The Registration Fee will be refunded against completion of 30 meetings and attendance at 3 conferences sessions or Destination briefing workshops of your choice
  3. The fees will be refunded through NEFT Transfer by 30th January 2019

Process once you are confirmed as a hosted buyer

  1. Log in details will be shared by December 2018
  2. Hosted buyers will be able to see the list of exhibitors based on category of Outbound/ Domestic and can send and receive meeting requests online
  3. Every meeting request sent, received or accepted will also be intimated by Email to both exhibitors and buyers
  4. An appointment diary is maintained online which can be printed before visiting the exhibition
  5. Each appointment will be scheduled for 15 minutes with a gap of 5 Minutes before next meeting
  6. Refundable registration fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be collected & same will be refunded on by 30th January 2019 through NEFT transfer
  7. The meeting sheet with the Exhibitor’s stamp barcode and signature has to be submitted on both days by 6 Pm at the registration desk
  8. Refund will not be processed in case buyer doesn’t show up at the Exhibition.


  1. Log in to pre fixed appointment scheduler
  2. 30 prefixed appointments
  3. Pre booked economy class return airfare from your city to Mumbai
  4. Free entry at the exhibition on all days
  5. Breakfast at the hotel and Lunches at the Exhibition venue
  6. 1 Night hotel stay including breakfast at a 5 star property with double occupancy sharing basis (In case of single occupancy buyer will need to pay Rs. 3000 for the same non-refundable)
  7. Daily Tea Coffee at the exhibition
  8. Shuttle service between airport – exhibition venue – airport
  9. Buyer needs to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- as a refundable deposit

Terms & Conditions

  1. Tickets will only be booked once we have received the registration deposit in our bank account
  2. Registration fee will be refunded by the by 30th January 2019 against completion of 30 prefixed meetings & attendance at 3 business conference sessions or workshops of your choice
  3. As a hosted buyer attendance is mandatory on the first 2 days of the exhibitions
  4. All extra costs such as extended stay / upgrade of flight will be borne and coordinated by the buyer themselves
  5. Form filling does not confirm you as a hosted buyer: All applications will be reviewed by the Host committee
